RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lustre & Love Co, every piece is handcrafted with care using natural gemstones and materials. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the unique characteristics of natural stones, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Natural variations in color, pattern, shape, or inclusions within gemstones
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Custom sizing, custom orders, sale items, or discounted purchases
  • Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, accidental breakage, or exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or other harsh conditions (Please see JEWELRY CARE & NATURAL STONE DISCLAIMER below)

Because each piece is handcrafted and created with natural materials, slight variations are expected and are part of the beauty and uniqueness of your jewelry.

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lustreandloveco@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Each piece from Lustre & Love Co is handcrafted using natural gemstones and materials. Because natural stones are unique creations of nature, variations in color, pattern, shape, translucency, and inclusions are expected and are not considered defects. These natural characteristics make each piece one of a kind.

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, cleaning products, and other harsh chemicals.

  • Store jewelry in a dry location away from direct sunlight and humidity.

  • Handle natural stone jewelry with care, as gemstones may chip, crack, or break if dropped or subjected to impact.

Lustre & Love Co is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
